Triple my/your Google Adsense Revenue
Although i'm not good at Google Adsense, but I think it worth it if I share it with my readers. For one to two weeks i go around searching and reading others blog, try add more friends in myblogblog, I found some interesting tips from my reading. The HTML tags to emphasize a page section take the following format: Labels: Adsense, Make Money
It's about Adsense placement, type of ads, hotspot area and section targeting.
Adsense placement and type of ads
Actually Adsense placement always have been a subject to many blog. As I refer to many blog, they have suggest that the BEST area to be put is 'blend in the content' with 336x280 or 250x250 . Why? What I understand, when readers read your article then they will be attract with ads that display something that interest the readers. That's how your ads will be click by the readers.
Other opinion suggest that ideal placement is the top of your headers. Use leaderboard (728x90)
and get rid the border. This of of course good suggestion because the first thing that readers see after you blog finish loading is your headers and ads leaderboard.
How about link ads? It's also suitable to be put on the top of your blog, whether above headers or below headers. Change the link ads to be match with your link in your blog. For sure, it's will be attract readers to click the link.
Hotspot area
Why I call Hotspot Area? This area is a hot place where readers should come after click your link - Yes, your content. If you refer to adsense help you can see what I mean.
Section Targeting
This tips have been unveiled by Google team. Your blog have many sections such as previous post, user comments, your profile. Your previous post contain unrelated with your new article, your profile tell about your hobby, your favourite food, something that not related to your new article and your comments maybe full of spams or maybe someone drop the message "Visit my blog".
Then how many percentage that your new article will be occupy? So how you want to solve this problem. Yes, Section Targeting. Tell Google bot that your article will be start from where to where, that's mean focus to your specific content only. But before you implement this you have to follow the Adsense Rules first :
1. Don't cheat Google why targeting wrong content - Google is smart enough.
2. Though a bit risky but always include user comments in the Tags.
3. Don't worry if your Google earning drop the first day, experiment for some time.
4. Always include the Title of post within the tags.
So, here how Section Targeting will be implement.
You'll need to add a set of special HTML comment tags to your code. These tags will mark the beginning and end of whichever section(s) you'd like to emphasize or de-emphasize for ad targeting. This comment is like to tell google where you section will be targeting.
If you want to ignore some section, you can put like this (weight=ignore):
So, after you do some changes that you need, wait for 2 weeks to see the outcome.
My 5 Cent :
Although whatever you do, still TRAFFIC and CONTENT is the key to your blog. If no traffic then you doesn't have a readers. If you doesn't have a readers, so who will click your ads. If your content cannot attract readers, then they will not come to your blog again.
