Newcastle apparently want £8m for their wayward winger Kieron Dyer as his Toon future looks to be at an end following his alleged refusal to play on the right against Boro. They are said to be confident that Beattie will be at the club in time for the weekend's clash with West Brom. This is despite having one £6m bid turned down and another £4m-plus-Marcus Allback deal rejected.
